Step 2 - Install Your Driver

Method 1: I suggest you to run the video playback troubleshooter and check if it helps.
1. Press Windows Key, then click on Search bar.
2. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on Troubleshooting.
3. Then click on View All on the left panel of the screen..
4. Click on Video Playback.
5. Click on Next and follow the instructions.
If the issue still persist, refer to the below method.
Method 2: I suggest you to try to update the driver for Display Driver.
1. Press Windows Key + R Key.
2. Then type “devmgmt.msc” without the quotes and hit on Enter Key.
3. Expand Display Adapter.
4. Right click on the driver and click on Properties.
5. Check the status of the Display Driver.
6. Then again right click on the driver and click on Update driver software.
7. Follow the instructions.
If the issue still persist, refer to the below method.
Method 3: I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the video driver. Check if it helps.
1. Press Windows Key + R Key.
2. Then type “devmgmt.msc” without the quotes and hit on Enter Key.
3. Expand Display Adapter.
4. Right click on the driver and click on Uninstall.
Restart your Computer. It will install default display driver.
